Assessment & Continuous Improvement
The Office for Institutional Effectiveness and Planning provides campus-wide leadership and support for assessment and continuous improvement of institutional effectiveness. Our goal is to facilitate continuous improvement among academic programs, co-curricular programs and functional units. Developing systems to enhance data-informed decisions allows the university to continuously improve the quality of academic programming and services available to our students.
Our office is available to assist will all parts of the assessment process, from planning to data collection and analysis to taking actions based on results. The university has adopted Watermark's Planning and Self Study (PSS) as its assessment management system. All academic programs, co-curricular programs, and functional units are provided with PSS access to plan and document assessment activities.
